So I haven't seen a thread anywhere along the lines of this concept, so I thought it'd make a great forum game!

Basically you find a random book, flip to a random page, and the first line's supposed to tell you something important about yourself.

I've heard of many versions of this, a few of you guys might know about what I'm talking about because it was really popular on a couple of other websites *cough* Tumblr.

So since this forum is PG-13, we're just going say that whatever is the first line of page 272 is the backstory to how your really had your first kiss.

    POST-AWAY!!!!

My first book says: That I had my first kiss pointing at some rare rose winding its neck up onto the porch (The Help).

    (Gideon the Cutpurse)

Guess I went back to work with Lord Luxon?

‘I know it is not an easy decision. That is why I want both of you to think about it carefully and come back to me in seventy-two hours. That’s three full days.’

:roflmao: That can mean something really silly or something really mature lol!

"I am struggling, trying to read a story written in a language I don't quite speak"

-Page 177 "Picture me gone" by Meg Rosoff.

Also page 155 starts with: (of the same book)

"I don't know,Perguntadora. Honestly, I don't. He kisses the top of my head, stokes my hair. I pull back".

Which could sound rather umm...inappropriate taken out of context...and possibly slightly creepy in this case.

"That's it?" I shouted at the empty air, "You take his soul and leave? I hate you!" :roflmao:

By the way, that's from The Serpent's Shadow, the third book in the Kane Chronicles by Rick Riordan.

Random page: 263. "'Tosser!' cried the raven."
    Pg. 272: "'And the poison?'"

    What.
