    Race: Elf

    Skills: Plays Trombone. He has mage like powers, however he almost never talks about
    them.

    Gender/Orientation: Male/Gay

    Appearance: Very tall, with shortish, black hair and heterochromic eyes. He usually wears casual clothes, except when he is in a marching show.

    Personality: Usually quiet, he is comfortable around those he considers friends.

    History: Adopted he was 5, he knows nothing of what happened before then. He showed an interest in music from an early age. He started on a trumpet, and moved to trombone when he got a bit too big for the trumpet. He also learned from a young age about having special abilities. He has always been rather sensitive about having them.



    It might look like an ordinary day, in a quiet neighborhood, however, things are going wrong. It appears, however, that the only thing going on in the neighborhood is Maluon sitting on a bench in his front yard, playing his trombone. He has special abilities, and although he is quite uncomfortable with them, it is coming a time when he may need them.

    Skills: Can control air, extremely precise, very good liar, and amazing at hiding the truth.
    Appearance: Short (4'11"), slender, and weak. Not much physical strength. Black hair with white dyed steaks that reaches their neck and dark gray eyes that turn silvery in the right light. Usually wears casual clothes, hates fancy clothing.
    Personality: Quiet, not very talkative except with friends, hates being personal. They are a huge introvert and would rather read a good book than interact with people.
    History: Has always known there was something about then that was different, but they never realized they had powers until a few years ago. Their parents would send them to be tested on and studied, so they keep their powers extremely secret. No one knows except their cat, Muffins. They were bullied from an early age, but they always manage to pretend it doesn't get to them.


    Rowan is sitting in the grass, watching the boy play his trombone from the other side of the street. Dad was yelling again and they needed to get out of the house. The boy's music was relaxing and calming, and they didn't realize they were staring.

    Emotion rises in Rowan's heart and they cough, pushing back the tears. I won't cry. I won't cry. I won't cry. They repeat this to themself over and over again until their eyes aren't tearing up anymore, which doesn't take long.

    apperence and personality: has long white (pure bleached white not grandma grey) hair is feminine looking shorter than average and his special power is he is part bird he has wings on his back that he tries to hide but are still noticeable by a bump on the back of his shirt when you can see the wings they are white to match his hair wears darker ctgse and is shy dosnt like to talk to people too much and is kind of quiet
    Special ability: can fly

    Cato is hiding on a roof trying to stay out of view he can hear Somone playing a trombone and looked over at them while trying to stay hiden

    Rowan's phone buzzes and they instinctively flinch, pulling it out if their pocket. It's a text from their mom. They glance at it, then put the phone back into their pocket, not bothering to reply. Their mom is sleeping over at her friend's house, so they'll be home alone with their dad tonight. Their heart fills with dread, but their expression is neutral. They continue watching the boy play the trombone, trying to lose themself in the music.

    A sudden breeze picks up as Rowan's heart fills with emotion again. Trees sway in the wind and the grass bends and twists. The wind is enough to blow away a hat.

    Maluon starts to get an odd feeling. He stops playing, and starts to look around. He then sees Rowan watching him. He doesn't think much of it and waves a bit at his neighbor.

    Rowan notices someone on the roof and manages to smile a little. Someone's adventurous. How did he even get up there?

    Maluon notices what appears to be a storm rolling in from the west, and based on the shape of the storm, its bad. Really bad. The wind starts to howl over 65 miles an hour.

    Maluon quickly packs his trombone into its case.
