Everybodys loves games (well almost everybody) so the asians keep on making new systems, like really?They have a ps3 out now but in 5 years the next thing you see in a t.v commercial is a ps4,wow what a surprise.I mean i love games but the new games are going to cost more money.

man i have a life i posted this thread to see if people would agree with me.

Technology is changing constantly.
We went from a phone being a slab to a thin touchscreen device capable of multi touch capabilities.
A gigabyte used to cost hundreds of dollars, now its under on dollar.
So, yes a PS4 will be out in several years, probably with a whole new look, and with many new features.

what I fail to see is why people suddenly think the older generations are instantly shit when there's a new one. I still rock a PS2 and it's great fun. I pretty much only play when people are over but still. And the games are so cheap.

the reason for a new console is for upgraded graphics and processing speed. they could bring out a new console every year, but they know that wouldn't go well.

One word… Money! Thats all it is. Bring out a new console that will need new games, people go out and buy them. The company becomes richer! On it goes.

My opinion;I get what you people are saying but,when thay make new systems its going to cost more money,which means the new games are going to cost more money,and if you want that game you have to buy the new system.

They're going to keep making game consols if people keep buying them. So PS4 is probably going to be out within a few years lol

I remember one time when I was like 7 this guy was pissed off at his son and was like "I'm gonna ground you until Playstation 4 comes out" hahaha at this time there was just like PS2.
