A person cannot post again until another person posted after them. A mod/admin cannot kill the count until we reach 10. If we reach 100, then we start back to 0. Let the game begin!  1

Although this thread is a fun variation of the counting type games, the precedent for these types of threads are that they should be locked and discouraged. Sowwi! Martin.
