I need help so I decided to create this thread.

I need ideas to create the wildest ice cream combo ever. I'd love to hear suggestions for crazy (yummy) toppings that are unusual for ice cream, and the ice cream flavors that match them best.

Right now, I am thinking of one in particular:

Lemon Sorbet and Vanilla Ice Cream, with a dash of soy sauce, crushed Cheddar (or Barbeque) Pringles chips and bacon bits.

What do you think? What are your ideas?

Or perhaps the real enjoyment is when you realize that the desire for Ice-Cream is the quest of the every-man and is more pleasurable then actually having the ice cream.

going along with you thought on cheddar, I have always thought that vanilla ice cream with cheez its would be good.

Some others ones i have toyed with would be

blue berry and cream cheese
orange topped with hot tamales(you know the red candies)
pepper corn ice cream
salmon and lemon

all of which i think are good flavor combos just weird for ice cream

Can I ask what these are for? do you own a shop? in a competition/school work? or just for fun?

Vanilla ice cream topped with popcorn with a melted chocolate bar drizzled over the popcorn. Not exactly crazy but it is oh so yummy.
