Okay searched and found nothing if there is a duplicate thread or you find this very stupid please feel free to lock.
This is fairly simple it's much like the rate the avatar/signature threads
You rate the custom user title (Which is the phrase underneath the person's username) above you on a scale of 1 - 10. 10 being the best.

If it is in a different language PLEASE TRANSLATE.
If you will be upset if you get a low score because the user title is personal please don't post.
Please just have fun
