First off, terminology. In the gay community, the word "bear" is used to describe a large, hairy, and usually slightly-to-somewhat-overweight guy. There was a song on there called "Oh Bear", which was ostensibly sung from the child to his/her teddy bear. But let's just say that's not the only way you can read it.
