According to this poem what kind of child were/are you?

    Mondays child is fair of face,

    Tuesdays child is full of grace,

    Wednesdays child is full of woe,

    Thursdays child has far to go,

    Fridays child is loving and giving,

    Saturdays child works hard for his living,

    And the child that is born on the Sabbath day
    Is loving and giving, and good and gay.    ​

    It must be wrong though, 'cos I was born on a Wednesday...

    It dates from well before the current meaning of the word "gay". Gay in that poem just means happy and cheerful.


    EDIT 1 - "The Sabbath day" is Sunday.

    A Sabbath is a day of religious observance and abstinence from work, kept by Jews from Friday evening to Saturday evening, and by most Christians on Sunday.    ​

    wait the thing is SOO wrong it says i was born on a tuesday! my mom says i was born on a monday

    no i get it this site says UK. it was monday when i was born. but i guess it wasn't monday in the UK.
