What Are Your Biggest Pet Peeves?

- Poor grammar and spelling - especially by those who only speak one language - I mean, you've only got one, you might as well master it. I can read, write and speak better in two languages than some can in just one.

- This one relates to the previous one, but those who write things like, "2morrow" instead of "tomorrow." Or "l8ter" instead of "later." I mean, I get that some internet and text speak is to save typing time (i.e. lol, ttyl, etc.) But typing "2nite" really doesn't save you time, and it makes you look illiterate!!! Aarghgh!!

- Laziness! Can't stand it!

- Stealing, lying and cheating. Some people just have no moral values these days. Heavy sigh.

- Talking behind a friend's back. I'm of the belief that if you are good friends, you can say anything to their faces. I know if any of my friends do something ridiculous, I am the first to comment. And I insist my friends do the same for me if I do something they have an issue with. I just hate gossiping.


I'm sure I have many more, but those are what I can think of at the moment.

 

-People who sing along to the radio

-People who tell you what's about to happen in a movie they have seen already

-When people tell you long boring stories against your will. :sleep: (No means no, stop talking)

 

Lmao, alright regarding the first one - you would hate me hahaha. I sing constantly, and I have an absolutely horrible voice, but I just can't help it. It feels good to belt out the tunes every now and again.

As for the second one, I have a similar pet peeve. People who sit with you in a movie theatre (it's the first time you are both watching this movie) and they keep asking you questions about the movie that clearly you don't know the answers to because you haven't seen it yet!

And as for the third one - I completely agree! Stooop talking, I dooon't care!! LOL

 

Disorganization!!!!

especially when they supposed to be professionals doing their job and they don't seem to know their ass from either elbow!!!!!

-People who use the "N" word. :tantrum:
-Cutting off someone when they talk.:tantrum:
-Ignorance. (Not in an uneducated kind of way.):bang:

When someone tries to act cute in front of a some people then go back into crazy bitch mode when they're gone. xD

 

Misuses of there, they're and their

 

• Use of derogatory terms, esp. using gay in a negative sense
• People talking in movies
• People who cant take a sincere compliment
• People complain that the comparatively little amount they have to do is too much. Like, this

 

Not sure if this is a pet peeve, but I hate odd numbers.
Everything must be even for me, I park in an even numbered parking space, I take the second, forth, sixth, etc. item off the shelf, it has something to do with my OCD, but so does counting.

 

People talking too loud.
People chewing w/mouth open.
Girls talking in class who sit right behind me.
When something triggers OCD like behavior for me.
People talking through movies.
People with bad manners in general.
People who post the most ridiculous stuff on social media.
People who purposely make you be a photobomb subject for snapchats.
People who criticize themselves so others will compliment them.
Bad grammar.
When you have a ton of work and want to get to sleep, but someone in the same room as you has absolutely no work and stays up anyways.
People who are self pitying.

And loads more.

 

-Chewing with their mouth open, especially if I'm across them with full view of it. Close it, dammit!
-Chewing with their mouth open, and making sounds.
-Anyone who says 50 shades is a good book. I'll rip them apart.
-People who invade my privacy (looking through my phone or laptop), and whats more, have the nerve to confront me with it!
-Those who walk and smoke, especially down-wind.
-People who spit...worst still in vehicles.
-People who doodle all over library books. Not yours, buddy.

 

-People who does something and people are obviously annoyed of it but they can't take a hint (can't really blame them if they're like that, but legit I am so annoyed of that)
-Authorities who say they will respect you if you respect them. Like hell no!!
-People who make a big deal out things that are literally nothing to worry about
-People who can't stop asking dumb questions!!! I mean, just think for a sec! You'll get it! Just stop!!!

So from the above, I guess you can say my pet peeve is people who just can't take a hint.

Seriously I absolutely hate when this happen, I'll be writing a paper and the person next to me can see what I'm doing yet they wait till I'm about to finish to say, "You know you're suppose to write that on a separate piece of paper right?" -_- Please if you want to be friends with me never do this

 

My biggest pet peeve is feet. My brothers know it as well so they always try and stick their feet near me and i hate it, with or without socks i just hate feet.

 

When someone looks over my shoulder while I'm working on my computer
Also when someone comes into my room without knocking. Or worse, the bathroom. My brother has an annoying habit of doing that on accident.

 

-Guys flirting with me
-Even worse when they get touchy
-Angry drivers
-Fascists
-Russophobes
-People who pick on the autistics
-People making that gross slurping sound when they're drinking from a straw
-Freeloaders
-People who cheat in card games. When someone tries to cheat in Yugioh, that especially ticks me off
-Getting interrupted in the middle of a conversation

 

I also hate looking at feet.

Others:
People saying someone is "schizo" when they are two-sided
Conservatives claiming they are the sane ones

 

-People who cut you off on the highway, even when you're technically speeding.
-When people think that they're better than everyone else because they don't like (or pretend not to like) popular things
-Slow internet/buffering
-Pushing in a crowded hallway for no reason
-Obnoxiously loud people
