I thought this might be fun to find out...

What would you say is the word or words that you most frequently type?

For me, since my job revolves around typing, my first candidates are work-related. The words I write the most are "care improvemen" (yes, without the "t"), which is a health plan name (actually "care improvement plus," but the above is all that will fit in the program).

The number I type most frequently, again- work related, is "36415." Funny thing is, I have absolutely no idea what it means! It's kinda like in Lost (the TV series), where they have to enter a series of numbers into a computer every...was it 108 minutes? and they have no idea why or what they mean, aside from the word of a madman that failing to do so will have catastrophic consequences - or so he's been told.

In online conversation, I tend to use the word "sweets" a lot, in place of "sweet." (as in "No work today? Sweet!"). In fact, I've even taken to saying "sweets" in verbal conversations as well, which tends to confuse quite a few people, hehe! This all comes from an online game I used to play that had a built-in japanese to english translator, where you could relay pre-translated words that would show up in colored brackets. One of these words was "sweets," referring to candy. Many english players would use these translated words to talk to other english players, particularly when the words didn't quite match up ("what's up [home key]?" or "[config]ulations!") In this manner, [sweets] was used when a player meant to say "sweet," and it just kinda stuck with me, heh.

  2. Mine would most definitely be -
    Howdy
    Peeps
    lol
    Y'all
    Indubitably
    Wootcicles
They'd have to be the most frequent and apart from lol I've started saying them very often.

You must have played FFXI, Steam Giant? To this day, I still sometimes type Configulations by accident.

During school, my most typed words probably had to do with programming or unix shell commands. My guess would be
    cd
    gedit
    public
    private
    if
    else

    [Mithra] [power]!!! ^^

Hehe yes, it was FFXI...and I'll be damned if I wasn't the cutest wittle mifwa pally on Shiva! I dunno why, but it was just so funny to watch this tiny little fur ball get pounded on by huge monsters, hehe!

if and else, hehe. I can totally dig that. I'm surprised you didn't say "void," though. Well, I suppose you only end up tying that once per void, wheras you could have a ton of if elses in a single void.

Oh, and "lol," heh, I think that goes without saying! Especailly since the use of the term "lol" has only broadened and broadened, to the point that it's really mostly a "I comprehend the humor of your statement" term rather than a "you made me physically laugh" one. Of course, understanding the humor of someone's statement can certainly lead to physical laughter, heh, but most people I know type lol with a completely straight face, just as an automatic response to a joke or funny statement.

I type a LOT of numbers at work.
    lots of cmd + f, cmd + c and cmd + v
    No words at all actually.
I guess on msn it would be ":stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: hehe I lol" (not as a sentence of course)

    - Lackadaisical
    - Ass clown
    - Cretin

    Besides prepositions and stuff? :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Um, I tend to use sophisticated words, granted that I know how to use them.

granted, latter, ostracized, consternation, tumultuous, benevolent, jollity, dogma, etc. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
