Over the months that I've been at EC I've noticed that quite a few ppl have low self-esteem and/or worry a lot about what others think of them. And the other day I heard of the complement sandwich, which is an exercise that gives a person a confidence boost along with a little constructive critcism. I thought that it would work perfectly for those people here! ^^ So here's how it works. First, you give one good thing about the person. Then, one bad thing or and area where they could improve themselves. (Try not to be too harsh) And finally, you give another good thing. (Preferably something better than the first good thing.) EX. GOOD THING 1: You have pretty eyes BAD THING: You tend to be negative GOOD THING 2: You are very supportive when people need help. So do it if you need a picking up, or a glimpse into what others think of you, and have fun!
