At first it may have been a harmless joke, but with the turning of normal Ecers into protégés to deepen their ranks, the time to take action is at hand. Therefore I am launching a special appeal to all of EC's common folk to find an actual musical group that better represents our needs and tastes. From unity comes strength. Luff??? don't talk to me about luff!! On a more serious note, I think that the excellent submissions above point out the need for a greater diversity of music to represent EC. The village people have the advantage of being gay, Mika guys of being hot, Phil Collins and his appeal to show true colours is beautiful and symbolic with confident pride (come on, rainbows folks!), and Fall Out Boy of laying out the core of the conflict that many ECers face into song.
