I'm not the sharpest tool, so sorry if I'm asking a silly question. I'm from PA and I'm planning on getting the legal stuff sorted out in a few years once I have the money. However, something has been on my mind. Would the process of changing my legal information be heavily different if I were to move elsewhere, like say Washington or Texas? Again, big old hypothetical question since I do see myself moving out of the state at some point and who knows if I have the legal stuff changed by then.
