I've just come out to another two of my friends about being Trans, One of which is a boy I like, and he said, " Wow. Feel sorry Boy/Girl."
Not sure if this is meant to be malicious or not. What do you guys think?

I would take that as a pity-hit. My aunt does similar things "I feel so sorry for people like that". Normally (in my experience), pity is meant to offend. Like you are a lesser human being.

"Boygirl" or "boy slash girl" are both seen as insulting in my honest opinion.

Well, we really cannot hear things like tone or see his body language, so there is not much that we could tell you. He could have said it out of ignorance, or he could have said to to try to be transphobic.

I would be careful around him, just in case he did say it to be transphobic.
