Well if you're into men, you can have your womb be made to be able to give birth. I'm not too sure, but I've heard that it's being researched. For now try looking up some information, and be patient, new medical technology advances are still coming out everyday.

your therapist, like everyone here will tell you to go to a sperm bank before you start taking estrogen combined with tucking, as it will leave your lil' soldiers dead lol
