I want to start the whole process of changing my sex. Its taken a long time to decide what direction i want to in, but im ready to be happy. I have a few questions for those who have already done it or is in the process still. With no insurance, what are my options?

I don't know too many people who get hormones or surgery covered by their insurance. So that being the case, costs are coming all out of pocket.
