I couldn't answer that if my life depended on it. So what does it mean?

It usually means that somebody still identifies as fluid on the gender spectrum, but they usually stay closer to one part of the gender spectrum.

I think it's when you feel like one gender sometimes and another gender other times, and when it's turning solid it means the person is starting to feel one gender more often. I'm not sure though.

Ok I had just never heard it before.
I feel I am genderfluid so I can try to explain that part,
In my case I never really feel entirely male or female, but some mixture of the two and the degree to which I feel male or female changes from day to day.

I suppose you will have to ask whom ever your refering to.
