My parents found this journal of mine that I talk about my experiences and feelings with gender dysphoria for a future use. They said they support me and are offering to even send me to someone that specializes in this . Now it's just a matter of finding the courage to seek help. It's strange, I couldn't wait for this opportunity before but now it's like I am hesitant about it maybe in disbelief?

Well it's weird like I never imagined my parents to be the supportive type with gender identity issues. So it's strange like I don't know what to do since i never planned for an outcome in which they would support me

That's pretty awesome! I had a similar experience when I was in high school. Sadly it turned out differently, had to basically lie about myself and say it was all a phase, still hurts but oh well.

    Anyways, congrats!
