dealing with dysphoria

    Im sure this has been posted a thousand times but what are your ways for dealing with dysphoria?

    Mine are (though none of them really work that well)
    Nutella
    chocolate
    cereal
    extreme exercise
    ibuprofen
    cold water
    food in general
    sleep
    netflix
    tumblr
    and self harm
