    Gender-related announcement: still beaming like an idiot from last night. Originally I thought the experience would send me into a maelstrom (heh) of emotions. Will expand on this more later.

    So I went to the trans meeting tonight and it was... really nice. It was nice to feel seen. It was weird to feel like I was contributing something worthwhile to others - a good kind of weird. I'm still processing it.

    It's finally May, so I'm hoping this means I'll be able to see this GT I've heard so much about. I'll be so thrilled if things go how I imagine. My only gripe is getting to an endo unless she knows one that's local, since it's going to chap my ass if I do have to go to Philadelphia to get everything since I don't feel like dealing with the Martz Trailway.

    If you don't mind my asking, what sort of a group was it? (forgive me if I get the terminology wrong) Was it mostly transmen, transmen and transwomen, or were there people from across the whole trans* spectrum?
