I finally talked to my doctor about my gender dysphoria and asked him to recommend me a therapist. So soon I will be able to talk to some one and eventually get a change for the better! :33
But I'm still anxious. I'm not sure how any of this work, I have never had one before. Let alone for something as big as this. Any advice?

    It all varies by doctors.
Some Endocrinologists who prescribe the hormones to start your transition require you have at least 3 months of gender therapy.
As for my case I was in therapy for months on end for depression and anxiety but not gender until about 2 weeks ago and that seemed to suffice to him because he started me on hormones haha.
It really all depends on the doctor take baby steps and keep us updated!
