Do I pass?

I posted in the other thread for general discussion of passing, but my post was glanced over by everyone else. Thusly, I created this thread. Do I pass? My avatar is the picture example, and the same picture can be found on my wall.

I want to say yes, but it's hard from just one picture...

I can sit here and pick out obviously feminine features, and some things I can think of that would make you even more-so...you definitely look a lot different to how you did last time we spoke!

I'm so sorry if your post went unnoticed. :frowning2: (*hug*)
But yes, I would say you pass! Would be better with longer hair/a more feminine hairstyle though.

Thank you! I've been trying at a more feminine look that's discreet so as to go unnoticed by my parents. I like my progress.

So sorry your post was missed in the pass thread. If I neglected it, it was maybe because I was going through a tough time when it was posted. I seem to be kinda moody or something. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

As for your pic, considering that you're having to "dial it down" in order to avoid setting off alarm bells with your family (ideally, it shouldn't ever have to come to that), you're doing quite well. May I also say that, should you ever have the opportunity to go a little further with this (wig, eyebrow trim, makeup, a little padding, etc.), I think you'll pass extremely well! Kinda jealous of your "softer" features, to be honest.

Please feel free to stick around and keep us updated on your progress!

Am I the only one who thinks the short hair kind of works?

Short hair works, but it has to be styled right.
I guess I'd have to see the full picture really. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

No, it could. Needs a tad bit of styling, though. Strictly IMO, a bit "boyishly" flat here.

Then again, I could be proven completely wrong with a shot taken from a slightly different angle, different lighting, some makeup, etc..

Yeah, a bit hard to judge from one picture.

There are many reasons that posts might be overlooked unintentionally, in particular, when other members are struggling so, please don't take it personally.

I think you pass. Your hair works for me, and your face is already a bit feminine, so yeah.

Yes, and you're really cute. You kind of look like a gay girl I used to go to school with. I think the short hair works really well, and a little curl would be even more feminine. There is clear mascara you can use that your parents wouldn't notice, but it brings attention to your eyes.

At first I thought you were FtM. You have feminine features but your hairstyle and clothes in some pics are boyish.
You surely can pass if you have a feminine hair and clothing style.
