Hey, so how many of you go out dressed as a female? do you go out alone, or with a friend. do you go to partys or to a dinner? dancing? Shopping? Experiences going out (what you are comfortable sharing) So I've been out a few times before...seems like forever since I've done it. Although, I do wear my pink socks all the time. So I suppose that does count lol. I'm interested. Thank you. Connie.
To answer your question I am out to 3 people who know I am. If you saw me as male you wouldn't recognize me in public. This isn't why I worry much about being recognized by people from my job. I am out in public a lot shopping and going to places like the beach. I am female at home all the time. It takes a bit of courage at first but you eventually realize people don't care. However I haven't gone out female with friends. That I want to do...
good for you, i'am just not sure what to wear to the beach yet, have some bikinis that i wear at my house around the pool but not to the beach yet! thinking one piece would be best or skirted bottom
One piece is OK, but I found I needed a little pair of shorts or something in case of a wardrobe malfunction...last thing I need is for something to slip out in public, you know? Alternatively, as you say something with a skirted bottom or a sarong (sp?) works too!
i have 3 bikinis for summer, none skirted though but do have sarong!! to match (its all about the matching with me) my favorite one is my aqau halter style top and side string bottom. Just have to make sure the boys are away as they say!! with a sarong
I'm never sure how to answer a question like this. Technically, I go out almost always dressed as a female, in that most of my clothes, apart from my work uniform, are female clothes. Or t-shirts which I think could belong to anyone (tight v-neck's and the like). Except most people can't tell I'm out dressed female...or maybe they just assume I am, I don't know, that's a question for the 'do I pass' thread. I guess I could be counted as a tomboy, as most of my clothes are tanks, t-shirts, jeans, fairly neutral capri's. Almost all bought in the women's section, but not necessarily "girly". In the past 6 months I've gotten rid of 90% of my male underwear, so the undies are always female (I swear, I am in love with La Senza....cute, but also comfy!). I own 3 bras, and occasionally wear them out...unless I'm meeting up with friends. I'm usually in some form of make-up, even if it's just some mascara and eyeliner and concealer. The one exception to all this is footwear, I don't own any female shoes, except a $5 pair of black flip flops, which honestly again could be worn by anyone. I think I'm a flats person, but this may be because I haven't tried on heels since my feet got larger than my mum's when I was about 13. None of this is to say that I don't like to look or feel pretty now and again, I just...never think I pull off pretty, really. And so wearing more girly female clothing makes me think I would stand out like a sore thumb.
