For the gender you self identify as, do you do any exercising and dieting to go along with your self-image?

Like me, I walk/jog daily and eat healthy. Not only do I do this for the health reasons, but I feel this can help give me a more feminine shape.

I'm interested to know what others do and recommend. Share what you feel comfortable sharing.

    Thanks!

    Best,

    Connie.

I do exercise every morning I wake up. It's a warm up of stretching my muscles and challenging myself with push ups and sit ups. And you should never skip breakfast. On weekends I do yoga and go to the park. Over the summer I will be hiking and working on a farm. So that would be enough exercise.

I excercise every day (or at least I try to- I just started doing this)
And while I don't diet I have been trying to eat a little less (not an unhealthy amount though) because I don't want any weight to go to my hips or chest

I'm a vegetarian and eat really healthy. Dinner last night consisted of raw kale splashed with balsamic vinegar, walnuts and carrots. Delicious!

Physical activity is where I have issues. I'm overweight (though I was weighed yesterday and shocked to see I weigh a hell of a lot less than I thought I did (!) ) and I have some physical problems from brain trauma that restrict what I can do.

I do DDP Yoga three times a week. Walk at least for 45 minutes on the treadmill (about 2 miles) everyday and every other day I do a dumbbell routine for my chest and arms.

Now that summer is here I can swim again too so that'll be good for cardio.
