Not quite sure about it, maybe Gender dysphoria?

    Hi everyone,
Some of the following may be graphic but I'm kind of distressed.
so I've become somewhat of a recluse lately and I think that it might be due to gender dysphoria? I don't know who to be in public and I'm afraid of getting aroused in public by a thought or from someone and it being visible (I am a male). Trying to find my identity and sexual identity is always on my mind and it causes so much stress that I don't really get out of the house much, though I do try.
Has anyone had similar experiences? How do you get over these symptoms?

    Thanks in advance!

Hi there. I'm quite sure about my gender identity and sexuality, but I feel the same way.

Most of the time, I just sit in my room and let it sizzle down. I know you probably didn't want to hear that, but it's what I do. If I have to get out, then I wear a jacket. The jacket makes me feel more safe. For some reason, when I have it on, I don't feel like anyone is staring at me. It's very comforting. Maybe it works for you?
