Sometimes I feel cis, sometimes I don't?

Okay, so ever since I came to accept that I'm gay I was totally fine with being queer. It made me really unhappy to think about and figure out my sexuality, and once I was finally sure of myself I thought it would all be okay again. But now I'm not so sure. I used to think I was a cis girl, because I was okay with she/her pronouns. But then sometimes I feel really uncomfortable with she/her pronouns. I really don't feel like a boy, no matter how unfeminine I may be, but I really don't think she/her fits all the time. It just makes me kind of upset to hear at times, but at other times I even use she/her for myself and feel great about it. Is something wrong with me?
