Well, you take hormones, and that will change your body a good deal, and then if you want you can have surgery to alter your chest or genitals. Genital surgery is a lot more effective on trans women than trans men.
you do whatever you think it is that will make you a woman, whether it be painting your nails or dressing like a woman or growing your hair out or whatever. hormones and surgeries are options if you would like to have female anatomy
You could start wearing female clothing, shaving, grow out your hair, change your name, and go by female pronouns (she/her/etc) if you would like. If you want to be physically female too then you can take female hormones (estrogen hormone therapy) and get sexual reassignment surgery on your genitals
Do what ever it is that makes you feel comfortable, and if you consider yourself a woman then you are one. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
