hey guys I'm having a really hard time trying to understand my dysphoria and I want to do some more research and find out more info on it? The only stuff I can really find online is scientific definitions and crap do you guys know any good webs or places that cud help me?:help: also I was wondering if dysmorphia is trans related or if that is something everyone including cos people get too thanks. :icon_bigg
Dysmorphia isn't a trans thing necessarily, anyone can experience it. I don't have any good websites unfortunately but it's basically any discomfort with your birth sex, whether that discomfort is with your body or social stuff like pronouns or names.
also books and movies and stuff? I don't know how I'd be able to get gold of them cos I'm living whith my parents and stuff but hey, u never know
