Sometimes packer and STP can be used interchangeably. An STP is a packer that can be used to pee with. So it has some tubing and stuff so you can use it in the bathroom. A packer is something that resembles the male bulge in pants/shorts. So, a STP packer would be one that you can use the bathroom with and keep in your pants all day.

A dildo is a sex toy that women and men can use to stimulate penetration when they are masterbation (or in some cases having sex). It's not something that you can wear in your pants all day or use the bathroom with.

Packer is the thing you stuff in your pants to make it look like you've got something downstairs.

STP stands for "stand to pee" and it's exactly what it sounds like. and as Brad said sometimes there are STP packers that do both things

a dildo is a sex toy
