Don't look down

    This is basically how my dysphoria works, I wake up feeling good until I get dressed. I bind my chest and feel pretty good about it, and I'll be going somewhere and standing up straight, then I'll just look down at my chest and it will look big to me and I'll flip out and get depressed. Do you guys have similar problems?

    Yeah. I usually try to ignore it and I never look down or look in mirrors if I can help it. I'm constantly trying to stretch out my shirts to make them baggier.

    Yes. So much yes. Looking down is my enemy, for top and bottom. Dysphoria sucks.

    "don't look down" is basically my strategy for being dysphoric in public

    Even with a binder, sometimes.
