I used to think like that, however, since coming out to my girlfriend in the simplest way I could manage (no labels and terminology) and seeing how supportive she has been despite her being not aware at all about trans stuff, I have changed my mind. If the person you are interested in is worth it, they will take the time required to hear you out and understand you.
My only issue with the whole thing is genderqueer bodies. If I were to transition to my desired body, which would be gender atypical, would there be any people who would desire it? Androgynous bodies are seldom seen as attractive and rarely, if ever, as desirable.

Not sure about others, but for my part, androgyny is really attractive to me. It would surprise me if that perception weren't just people bowing to expected conventions rather than a real lack of attraction/desire.

It's just that not every guy I've met (or been interested in) seem to be very attracted in androgyny looks/personalities

They either want 100% male or 100% female, I just can't fit

I don't know if it's normal, but I find androgynous people to be just as attractive as anyone else.

I know a lot of people who are attracted to androgynous bodies. Do what you feel most comfortable; confidence is most attractive.

Yeah maybe the way I try to act like my assigned sex is so desperate, dishonest and unattractive
