I wish I knew. I constantly dream of being female, and it's really all I think about. I even broke out in hives the other day I was so stressed about it.
yes distractions do help, but a lot of times I cant avoid dysphoria, no matter how hard I try. shopping for clothing, showering, changing clothes, MIRRORS. sucks. but yes, passing helps, but I don't pass 75% or the time unfortunately. atleast I don't think I do, but maybe its just engraved in my mind that I don't pass because of how insecure I am idk:icon_redf
Yeah I try to distract myself even though it's hard. Or I do stuff like packing, or shaving my face (shaving off the little fuzz) to help myself feel better.
