I really need a chest binder. I've been doing research on how to make one, but I can never find the right websites. How can I make one?

I've heard people making binders out of spandex biking shorts, but that's about it.

Here are some cool tutorials that might help depending on what sort of materials you have access to.

Just remember to never ever use ace bandages they can seriously damage and hurt you. You can always try using two sports bras as well. Sports bras with the most lycra are the best, (for me anyways), put one on normally then the second one you put on backwards.

If that doesn't work you can try underworks binders they are really good but cost about $30 for one :/. FTM Chest Binders for Trans Men and Cosplay from Underworks - F2M Binders
