I currently haven't been passing (only 15% of the times or so) so I was planning to cut my hair tomorrow. I now have a shaggy cut and want to cut it a little shorter. Any suggestion?

    Thank you,
    Jacob.

I recently got a haircut that's for both male and female. It's a pixie cut with bangs. Google it. It's really cool, and I hope it'll help me pass as a guy too. Good luck! :newcolor: :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:ride:

Wait, this forum doesn't need that. Probably a problem with my iPad that I can't see your album. I'll check it out on my computer tomorrow and ell you what I think.

Yeah, shorter back and sides, but the length of the front is OK.cut it in the sides so that your ears kind of show, and on the back almost to your hairline.

Yes, it's the back longer hair that looks more girlish.

More on the sides and back.

If you need ideas for getting your haircut, I looked up pictures of a musician I like and brought it in for reference. Maybe that will help you out.

I just went to get my haircut. My mother made me go to the same hair salon she goes, so the woman new me and though I was a girl. So I got a female haircut that makes me pass less than before and she didn't understand that I wanted the hair in the back cut with a clipper. So, I guess I'll wait until it grows again. (There's a picture in my album, for who wants to see. If you can give me any advice on how to make it look more male-ish, it'll be appreciated.)

Hmm. I can't see the picture.

Maybe next time look up some men's hairstyles for round faces and bring that in to show her; having pictures of men's hair is bound to get the point across. Then again some people are really dense.

What I'd really recommend is finding a "young hip" hair salon. Usually they are LGBT friendly and they have a wide range of clients and they don't have to do anything crazy to your hair (unless you want them to); but generally salons that specialize in "soccer mom" hair will make you look like a soccer mom. (I know, I've been there. It kicked off Beanie Month 2013.)

My real plan was to go to a barber shop (the only one in my city) and get my hair cut there. But my mom made me go to her salon. I was planning on going to the barber shop and tell her I had went to the salon, but she is friend with the hairstylist and she would have eventually found out.

Last time(first time I cut my hair short) I went to the same place and took a picture of an Asian cis guy , but I still got a hair cut completely different to the one I had asked for. I think she just likes cutting my hair in a feminine way.

I'll see if in two-three months I can go to another place to get my hair cut. I don't really like it when people cut my hair the way they want and not how I asked for.

    Thanks for your reply
