so I've been seeing the school couselor for about three months now, and she decided she wanted to send me to a place more specialised in gender. I can't believe how amazing this is, the place is only half hour from my house at the local hospital. They specialise in so much stuff there and they have two people there who specialise specifically in gender identity. The whole place is government funded, so it's completely free. I've had two counselling sessions there already and it's amazing. The lady I'm with has already worked with four other trans kids in my city that she helped get them on blockers and hormones and everything. The people there are very nice and they also work with family issues as well. I'm not sure if I can give the name of this place on this forum, but if anyone knows if I can then i will happily re post the name of it. I really recommend it to anyone in the Auckland area to give it a go.
