I want to start binding my chest but I am unsure of the best places to buy sports bras in the UK for maximum compression.I don't have a lot of money and it would be best if I could buy them in store as I cannot buy things online myself. I would really appreciate the help as I don't know who to talk to about any of this.

Are there any shops you could recommend? Is there a certain style bra I should get ?

I suggest Nike compression sports bras. They work fairly well for me even though I'm small-chested. Any bra slightly small for you should work.

There are some DIY tutorials on YouTube. And the sports bras don't have to be expensive, but get ones that are a size too small. You can also ask some friends. If they're close to you, they should understand if you explain you can't get any currently.

there was one friend I spoke about it to and she was very supportive but when i went into the city center today it felt very alien to even look at them as im not someone who looks fit enough to be interested.I do believe i am suffering from dysphoria as i was nearly in tears over my chest today when i put on my shirt i recently bought.
