I'm sure now that I'm transsexual, but I'm only 14. So I was wondering if there was anyone who can tell me what to expect to have to deal with as I continue through life.

You might have a look here:

You might think about counseling... with a gender therapist, someone from an lgbt center or from school... saying at home you want counseling...
    Its your choice...
especially if you start young, its an advantage...
Do you think your parents would be accepting ?

You might start with easy reversible steps... like hairstyle and clothing style... saying its your style...

you might think about building community, chatting on walls with other members for now, after14 days you can apply for full membership and join the chat...

just ask questions... people here help and support you...
