I've been curious, after a FtM person has bottom surgery, while I know that he can orgasm, does it feel the same as before surgery? I find that the female orgasm physically can feel internal whereas the male is external (makes sense!), so I imagine that the two are naturally different in sensation. And what happens to all the lubrication that the female body produces? And can FtM orgasms see fluid shoot out like biological males?
