Home made binder tip!

    Hi!

    Don't know if others have tried this, but I think it worked out quit well and was really simple, so I thought I would share it with you. It might be mainly for smaller chests but Anyway, heres, the thing:

    You'll need a sports bra and some kind of quite stiff fabric, I used a leftover from a curtain, something like that.

    Then cut out a piece of the fabric that roughly fits the front of the sports bra.

    Then sew the fabric and the sportsbra together at the sideseams of the bra.

    You can adjust the binding effect by adjusting the length of the fabric, but it is important that you still have enough stretch in the back of the sportsbra so you can breath (and get it on and off :wink: ).
