A few weeks ago I tucked for almost two days straight (let them out while I slept, put them back inwhen I woke up.) but Ive been unable to tuck since then... It gets really uncomfortable and painfull at times. The "cords" seem to be thicker or bigger or something too. I really want to tuck, but its uncomfortable no matter how im positioned. Any help?

Just give it a rest for a couole of days. It's important to never do it if it's painful for uncomfortable.

If it persists you might want to see a doctor, but try just abstaining from it for a couple of days.

If you look carefully at the video you will see there are a few things that can be changed.
Quite a few things have an influence on compression.
    The pantyhose, type and size...
The tubesock, material, size and age. Older socks stretch more.

Some people use boy shorts or something similar.

They should be available in all kinds of stores.

All at your own risk... too tight tucking and/or for too long time might not be healty...

you should consider the previous post...

The thing is... I havnt tucked for almost 2 weeks now. Like, at all. And when I tried yesterday, I could barelt tuck for more than a few seconds because it was so uncomfortable. It wasnt thay it "hurt", it was just really uncomfortable.

Maybe you need to build up a tolerance for the feeling again? Once I went too long without binding and then it felt really uncomfortable to do it again. Of course I've never tucked before, so I'm not an expert.

No, if tucking feels wrong you should never do it. You may cause damage.

    I'd say take it easy.
If in doubt, consult a doctor.
But if you had a blue spot, how long would it take until its gone ?
A few weeks, and the spot hurts.

You could look into some kind of stabilizing panties, like the boy shorts.
If picked a cut which covers a lot of area, they should be more comfortable.

Well if you hit something you get an effusion...
ever used a plastic bag carrying something, and the handle was too small and left kind of an abrasion on your skin ? After a few day it might not be noticeable but I would presume it would still hurt. Might be similar .
But, well, I'm not a doctor and if in doubt consult one.

Concerning underwear, those boy shorts should be easily available in all kinds of stores, because its fashion now.
Another way might be amazon, ordering a book with it, and opening the parcel on your own.

I should probably talk to my doctor but I have bo clue how Id bring that up. Like... Most people dont even know tucking is a thing. But I cant handle that pain and soreness everytime I want to tuck. Is it possible that the canals have shrunk?

    They may have twisted themselves.
