What is it called when you sometimes feel male, sometimes female, and sometimes in between. I don't feel like I really need a label but it would make my life a lot easier.

On another topic, I live in a really hot climate and have no idea what to do about shorts. I don't like women's shorts or men's shorts. Women's are so curve hugging and short and men's are baggy and too masculine and never fit me right. Does anyone have ideas? I have been looking all over for something and really need to get shorts soon.

Best term that comes to my mind is "genderfluid".

As for the shorts, have you experimented with sizes?

As to the shorts--have you looked at places like Hot Topic (yeah, yeah, I know)? Their men's shorts are knee-length, but they're more fitted in the leg-- like cutoff slimcut jeans. Just a suggestion.

Try men's soccer shorts or see if there are unisex shorts.

Its a thought process, take the time you need...

You could have a look here, reading other peoples descriptions concerning androgyny might help, and there is a quiz, which could help with further thoughts:

Concerning shorts, there are a variety of possibilities:
shortening some pants and hemming them
    getting some capri shorts...

I find blue jean shorts do some of what you saying.
You can buy mens and then roll them up a little, girls tend to roll and cuff them up.
Which i find cute but my legs are so fat I can pull it off...

Or as another poster stated go old school, find a pair of jeans you like and cut them to how you want them to look. Back in the day when your jeans got holes near the knees they became shorts with mom's scissors.
