Recently my heart has decided that ve doesn't like female pronouns and tried male pronounses but said ve doesn't like it either so now it's ve/ xem/ vis which I think is great too

This means no more "my girl," "babygirl" or girlfriend titles anymore tho so what genderqueer romantic titles are there? Any super cute ones?

In german we have the word "Schatz" which means "Treasure".
There is also "mäuschen" or "little mouse".

Boobookittyf**K? xD Sorry I couldn't resist! I'm ashamed of myself....

But yeah, idk I mostly use gender neutral terms for my girlfriend anyways, like Kitten, Cutie, Love, Sweetie, Muffin... I'm really corny xD I'm also prone to calling her "My Kitten" over "my girlfriend," sometimes but that seems to confuse people xP

Beloved is always fun but could be seen as stuffy I suppose, Lover is suggestive but effective, My "one" maybe? Honeybunny, Doll, Angel, Sexypants...? Idk! there are a lot of options, I think its something you should really talk to them about though... Since in the end like with pronouns its something they will have to be comfortable with... (Appologies for the "they" and "them" but Idk how the pronouns you used work... sorry!)

All the above are really cute!
Do you think you could ask xem what ve would like to be called? I realize it's more personal if you find something cute to call xem though. :^)

Take their name and make a sickly sweet pet name out of it.

As an alternative to the binary labels "girlfriend"/"boyfriend", or the somewhat bland "significant other", I like "date-mate". I dunno why, I just think it's a cute term.

    Lol'd.

The suggestions everyone's given you are def the way to go, gender neutral is probably your best bet without sounding like a stiff / turning an introduction into the 20 questions game!

Me and my girlfriend like to use bizarre non-sequiter nicknames for each other. "My chaffinch", "little peanut butter jar", "you chocolate pop tart", etc.

Personally, I've always been fond of "lover mine". Hardly ever see or hear it, though...
