    Questioning
    Hi Everyone,

I'm currently struggling with my gender identity and I think I may be either gender fluid or a trans guy. Anyhow, I have been wondering a few things.

I currently have a passion for the military and would love to serve. Here in Canada, any LGBT member is allowed to serve in the CF. I've checked around online and all, the most I've found has been on the Canadian army forums about being trans but the information is quite outdated by a few years. I Have not talked to a recruiter yet, but am planning too by next year.

If anyone has any experience with this, I would greatly appreciate it!

    Some of my questions where:
-how is life in your unit?
-would you feel discriminated against in some sense? (Did not think I worded that correctly)
    - where you able to be "stealth" with your other unit members?
-how did the chain of command handle it?
-what about the bathroom/showers? How does that work?
-how does the whole assigning barracks work? Would you have to have your legal gender changed?
    - is there a policy or procedure for dealing with trans* individuals?
