    How do ya'll cope with dysphoria?

    Disassociate with my body, just focus on pure mental things like writing, or playing games.

    Hugging my plushies and stuffed animals and playing with them helps too. I also like taking a shower using a really sweet("girly") scent shower cream. Practicing my girl voice also helps.

    I usually just listen to music or dress in feminine clothes whenever I'm at home.

    I play games, watch anime and take long showers (slightly counterintuitive.) Before I knew that I had dysphoria, I was kind-of dissatisfied with life, and I just read all the while. That works really well, and you end up learning loads of stuff.
