Disassociate with my body, just focus on pure mental things like writing, or playing games. Hugging my plushies and stuffed animals and playing with them helps too. I also like taking a shower using a really sweet("girly") scent shower cream. Practicing my girl voice also helps.
I play games, watch anime and take long showers (slightly counterintuitive.) Before I knew that I had dysphoria, I was kind-of dissatisfied with life, and I just read all the while. That works really well, and you end up learning loads of stuff.
