Help I don't know how to come out to my parents

    I've recently amited to my self that i was bisexual but now I don't know how to open up to my parents because i have anxiety so its hard.

    A few people
    First determine how your parents feel about bisexuality or if you don't want to be that spexific ask them how they feel about the LGBT community as a whole. Keep calm and dont worry. Remember there is nothing to be ashamed of :slight_smile: I hope I helped hun and best of luck n_n!

    I agree 100% :slight_smile: Get their opinions first, even if you just pretend you're asking because you saw something about it on TV or one of your friends came out or something :slight_smile: At least that way, you'll have some idea of what to expect.
