So I'm bigender (born male), I want to extend my wardrobe so that I can present as either female or male when I want. But I'm not sure what kind of things to get. I want to stick to things like jeans for the female side, my parents would not approve of me wearing a skirt or dress and I don't particularly want to. Any advice for a sort of casual female outfit?

You can start with some girly shirts and sweaters, underwear, shoes and stuff
To wear a dress or a skirt is tricky btw you got to have the body for it.
Just look into the girls section of an online clothing store and find your style.
Just remember that girls clothes have very different sizes then male clothes, for example a girls size medium is smaller then a guys size medium.
If possible try to experiment a bit, you can always send clothes back if it doesn't suit you
