So my binder from Underworks came in and....I have no idea how to get into it. I tried the whole stepping into it and pulling up, but I can't get it past my thighs. No idea how to get it on
Try putting it on like a shirt my pulling it over your head. If you're struggling to get it on that way, is there a way someone can assist you in helping you get it on? New binders can be so fussy, especially from Underworks.
I think the problem is that I got to small :/ Do you know if Underworks does refunds or size swaps? Please tell me they do. I can't afford another one and I'm trying not to get upset about it
Underworks does refunds as long as you send it back within the right amount of time (30 days maybe? I dunno. It says on the website). I sent mine back when I got the wrong size and it wasn't a problem. They're not gonna refund the shipping, but that's really not too much money compared to the price of the actual binder. It's common to have a bit of trouble getting a new binder on, but if you really can't do it, it's probably too small. The underworks website has info about returns. It's really not too hard to do.
I was finally able to get it up over my hips but I couldn't get it up enough to get my arms through the holes or my boobs to stay in, so to small. I knew I should of gone up an size. >__< I'll have to see about sending it back some time this week. ---------- Post added 13th May 2015 at 05:23 PM ---------- I told my mom that we need to exchange it and she says she doesn't send things back because it is to problematic.
Okay my wonderful friend came over and helped me into it. In had to pull over my head. But now it on.
Yeah, the first few times putting it on can be really hard. After a while though, it becomes a lot easier. Just be sure not to wear it for too long, you don't want to do any damage to yourself. Also, if you still think that it is too small, then you will want to get a size up. It's not worth hurting yourself.
Sometimes if you can readjust things under the binder, pushing them down and out can help with a uniboob
so I never really got rid of the uniboob with my tri top (I'm a D cup). It requires a lot of rearranging to look right. I highly recommend the gc2b binders (go to their website). They drastically reduce the uniboob because they aren't super tight, they just like... Shape things properly I guess. In lieu of that, what works with me for underworks (once you get a bigger size) is to pull it on one shoulder at a time, and try to grab the stretchier fabric in the back (one panel instead of three). Rearranging is tricky so you have to find what works best for you (down and out or up and out, but generally outwards). You may have readjust every so often or so; just reach in thru the armholes or the bottom. Good luck!!
I can't really get a new binder just yet. And this one turns out to fit, just need to have help pulling it on and off till it gets broken in.
