Is it possible to have top surgery with out starting HRT. HRT is something I am still not sure about, but top surgery I know is a must for me. My frustration and angst and [insert long list of words to describe feelings for boobs] seems to be growing daily. There are some nights I find it hard to sleep because every time I turn they bump against my arm or pull on the shirt. -__- i wish I could just snap my fingers they be gone.
I know that there are some surgeons that will do it without a person being on hormones. Some like people being on T for a certain period of time because that redistributes fat. So, it just leaves the breast tissue to handle in surgery.
