So, I am always confused for a 10-12 year old. No one beleives me when I tell them my age, or that I just graduated high school. It also makes it difficult if i ever try do do things on my own, as people think I am a lost little boy who can't find his parents. This is extra annoying because, as I'm not out, I need to do things alone when I am trying to pass as male.
Then, whenever people do believe my age, it automatically outs me, because their might be a petite 17 year old girl with a high pitched voice and short hair, but it is unlikely there is a weak, 5'0" high voiced 17 year old boy.

So, does anybody have any tips on seeming older? I already act mature, so mannerisms or things like that wont help me, but hair cuts or things to help my voice, or how to make my face appear older?

    Thanks

I wish I could help, but I'm sadly in the exact same position. For all genders. I can't win. Apparently I just cannot be 21 years old at all. My age ranges: on things like Skype I sound like a 10 year old boy with a soft voice (seriously it's "aww, you're such an adorable little boy"), in public I barely pass as a 15 year old girl. Not even a 15 year old boy, which I'd prefer.

So if anyone can help with this, you're a hero.

    Nathan.

I'd appreciate advice too. Sometimes I get read for being at least close to my age, and other times people straight up think I'm 13 or so.
