I don't think it'd put you at any more risk than a cis guy who naturally produces that level of testosterone would be.

The liver problems are more risky when you take it as pills. For shots, unless you have heart problems, there's not really anything worrying. Your endocrinologist will still evaluate you before giving you testosterone, anyway. (Also, your dose seems pretty high for someone who just starts 0_0 )

Obviously there are risks with everything so it's best to talk it through with your doctor, however the risks of T are mostly what you want to happen to change your body.

Listen to the sweeties who are saying you should talk to your endocrinologist. We're not trained professionals who can feel ethically comfortable giving you medical advise. The best we can do is give you our personal experiences and our secondary research about the particular risks you face.

I have removed the dosage amount because mentioning medication doses goes against the rules. This is something that you should talk about with your doctor. Generally though, pill form of T is not recommended because it can cause serious problems with your liver.

I think there's only risk of harm to your liver if you take it in pill form. Asking the doctor or endocrinologist might help.

T is safe if you aren't self medicating and you're being looked over by an endocrinologist. I have underlying medical issues and wasn't sure if it would have a negative effect on me, but I was assured my other meds wouldn't cause problems.

Ask your endocrinologist. As long as it's supervised by a doctor, T is perfectly safe. Your doctor will know what to look out for so if it does cause any problems, they can be stopped before it turns into anything bad. Self medicating is never safe because T in the wrong doses or not monitored can cause damage. So, if you're seeing an endocrinologist to help you with transition, ask them. If you're not, stop. Don't take T. See an endocrinologist.
